Bahraini lawyer Fowzia Janahi revealed that she has received several calls from Arab and Gulf countries for people asking her to adopt the issue of transgender filled before their country's courts. Lawyer Fowzia Janahi, who are currently pleading before Bahraini courts to obtain a judgment of changing the sexual identity of a Bahraini girl named Zainab Rabie-33 years turned to a guy named Hussein Rabie. She also received a call from a Saudi girl - 38 years old, asking to plead to prove her male identity, while she refused to disclose two similar cases occurred in two Gulf countries.

The Bahraini lawyer, who previously won a case similar to the girl (m) who turned into a man (o) in 2005, assured that she requires providing medical reports from recognized hospitals before initiate the proceedings and that she refuses gay requests of both sexes.

 Janahi , who practicing the profession for nine years ago, is proud to be the first lawyer in the Arab world to win a case of this kind, , but she is not the first to defend in such cases, she was preceded by her Kuwaiti colleague Adel Yahya, who defend in 13 cases to change the sex of his clients , but the Kuwaiti courts dismissed these cases after consideration.
